The short answer
HeyReach is a cloud platform built for agencies and sales teams running many LinkedIn accounts at once. It charges per sender: $79 a month for one, $999 for twenty-five on the Agency plan. It automates connection requests, messages and profile views.
Booost Business is a desktop application on a machine you own, for LinkedIn and X. It does outreach and content — drafting posts from your sources, publishing under your name or as a Company Page, engaging with them — and charges €99 per managed account per month, €79 on Basic, with no volume tier.
Two honest headlines rather than one, because both are true: at twenty-five accounts HeyReach costs far less than Booost. And HeyReach does roughly half of what Booost does, because outreach is where it stops. Which of those matters more is genuinely your call, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
What Booost does that HeyReach does not
It publishes. Booost drafts posts from your own sources, publishes them under your name or as a Company Page, and reacts, comments and reposts around them — in the same workflow as the outreach. HeyReach automates connection requests, messages and profile views. So do Waalaxy, Expandi, Dripify and lemlist: not one of the five publishes content on LinkedIn. For an agency this is not a detail — running a client's presence and running their outbound are two invoices, and one of them is a job HeyReach cannot take.
The AI is included flat, and it writes posts. On Pro, model access is part of the subscription: no key, no credit bundles, no tokens to top up. HeyReach meters enrichment credits by plan — 100 per sender on Growth, 1,000 on Agency, 3,000 on Unlimited, with the invitation to "top up anytime as you scale". Booost's AI writes posts, comments and replies in your voice, in any language, because Booost publishes.
It maps each client's network, not just their lead list. Booost scores every contact on six axes — thematic fit, seniority, activity, target fit, influence and proximity — each with the evidence behind it, and shows the network as a graph connected by company, school and shared themes. The Strategy tab tracks an affinity score (0–100) for the people a client wants in their network: it rises with real interactions and cools with silence, and the app can suggest a warm path through a mutual connection and draft the note. Everything is scored against the goals and target audience captured in a two-minute interview per account. HeyReach syncs to HubSpot and enriches lists — useful, and a different thing. Nobody in this comparison maps the network the account already has, which for an agency is the difference between reporting activity and reporting relationships.
Nobody else holds a session to the account. HeyReach must be able to act as every connected account while everyone is asleep. Booost cannot: the session lives on the machine running the app, no password reaches us, and there is nothing on our servers to take. We are precise about the wording, though: "the session stays local" and "the data stays local" are two different promises, and only the first one is ours — the connection graph does travel to our servers, because that is where the intelligence above is computed, and our own documentation says so.
The IP is genuinely the client's. A dedicated residential proxy is a good answer to the data-centre problem, and HeyReach documents one per sender on Growth — more than most cloud tools in this category. It remains a rented address in front of the account. On Booost the account acts from the connection the person actually uses, and if you run one machine per client, one IP per client comes free with it.
Built in the EU, GDPR by default, and the desktop app is audited WCAG 2.2 AA.
And Booost Personal is a different product entirely — a browser extension with its own dashboard, for people who want to be present on LinkedIn rather than run campaigns. It reads a post, drafts a comment in your voice in any language, and you publish it. It automates nothing, which is the one compliance claim nobody else in this category can make; it has its own section below. €19–29 per account per month.
Where HeyReach is stronger
This is the comparison where we have the most to concede, so let us be direct.
- At agency scale it costs far less. $999 a month for twenty-five senders is roughly $40 each; twenty-five Booost accounts are 25 × €99. Per-account pricing is the wrong shape for someone running twenty client accounts, and ours is per-account. If cost per sender is your deciding number, HeyReach wins it outright.
- It does not charge for people. Teammates, VAs and clients using the platform cost nothing extra — only senders are billed.
- Sender rotation across accounts. Sending rotates automatically across every connected account, which is how agencies spread volume without pushing any single one. Booost has no equivalent.
- A unified inbox across every account. "Handle all LinkedIn messages in one centralized inbox, without logging in and out of accounts all the time" — including replying on behalf of colleagues. Booost's inbox is per account.
- GTM integrations. Native Instantly and Smartlead integrations and HubSpot sync, so replies land on the contact record automatically. Booost has none of those yet.
- Nothing to install. No machines to own, no software to keep running across twenty-five clients.
Points 3, 4 and 5 are not philosophy — they are things we have not built. They are on our own list.

HeyReach discounts 10% quarterly and 20% yearly. Booost prices per managed account, not per seat: €79 on Basic with your own AI key, €99 on Pro with Booost’s AI included — and no credits to top up. Currencies are left as each company publishes them.
The arithmetic is not in our favour at scale and we are not going to dress it up. What the table does show is that the two prices are not buying the same thing: one covers outreach for twenty-five accounts, the other covers outreach and presence for twenty-five accounts. If you are billing clients for content as well, price the comparison against what you would otherwise pay someone to write it.
The claim nobody in this category can make — except one
Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits third-party software that automates activity wherever it runs, naming bots, browser plug-ins and browser extensions. Cloud platforms are covered. Desktop applications are covered. Booost Business is covered, and our Acceptable Use Policy says so plainly rather than in small print. X's automation rules say the same of its own website, and Booost drives both networks the same way: from your machine, at a human pace.
Neither of us can sell you LinkedIn's approval, and nobody has published data comparing restriction rates between architectures — treat any number quoted on that as an opinion, ours included.
The exception is Booost Personal: it performs no action on LinkedIn at all. It drafts, a human publishes. There is no automated activity to prohibit, and no cloud platform or browser extension can say the same, because both of them act.
How to choose
The real question is not Booost versus HeyReach. It is how many accounts, whose, and whether you are also selling content.
Many client accounts, run at volume, outbound only: HeyReach is designed for exactly that and priced for it, and this page has said so twice.
A handful of accounts belonging to the people who use them — or an agency that also runs its clients' presence and not only their outbound — is where a per-account price stops looking strange, because it is buying a second job.
Booost is out. Download it — the first 7 days on your first managed account are free.
