Legal documents

Everything that governs the website and the product, in one place. Website documents are in force today; product documents take effect on 1 September 2026, when Booost launches.

Two sets of documents, and they are not the same. One governs this website — visiting it, joining the waitlist, using the chat. The other governs the Booost product — the desktop application and the services behind it. If you are looking for what happens to the data of the people your campaigns reach, that is the product privacy notice.

These four documents form a single contract. The Italian text is the authoritative one; the English pages are summaries provided as a courtesy.

Data processing agreement

If you are a business customer and Alfercom acts as processor on your behalf, a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR applies. It is available on request — ask for it here.

The list of sub-processors is available on request through the form; the main categories are set out in section 9 of the product privacy notice.

Who we are

Alfercom S.r.l. — Via Altinate 125, 35121 Padua (PD), Italy · VAT IT05068010288 · REA PD-440530 · share capital € 10,000 fully paid up. Every request — data protection, support, abuse reports — goes through the contact form, which routes it by the subject you pick and needs no registration. We do not publish email addresses: an address exposed on a page gets harvested and buried in spam, and a buried inbox is not a channel.
