Data protection requests
If you want the DPA (data processing agreement), or you want to exercise a right over your data — access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — pick Data protection in the form and say which one. We answer within 30 days, as the GDPR requires, and usually much sooner.
Two things worth knowing before you write:
- The Booost desktop app keeps your contacts, messages and campaigns on your own computer. If you want them gone, deleting the account inside the app deletes them from your disk — we never had a copy.
- What does reach our servers is the map of your professional network (your first- and second-degree connections), because the network-intelligence features are computed there. That is the part a data request to us can act on, and the privacy notice describes it in §12-bis.
