The general principle
Booost is a professional tool for business-to-business outreach. Everything in this policy follows from that: it may be used to reach professionals, in a professional capacity, about professional matters — and nothing else. This policy is part of the terms of service; breaching it is a serious breach of contract.
Targeting consumers is absolutely prohibited
You may not use Booost to contact consumers — private individuals acting outside any trade, business, craft or profession. This is not a stylistic preference: it is the assumption the entire legal footing of the product rests on, from the legitimate-interest balancing test to the Italian rules on unsolicited electronic communications.
Because campaigns select recipients by criteria rather than one by one, this obligation attaches to your criteria: you must define them so that everyone they return is a professional contacted in a professional capacity.
No spam, no unwanted messages
No bulk untargeted messaging, no messages to people who have asked you to stop, no misleading sender identity or subject, no disguising a commercial message as something else. Italian law on electronic marketing (Article 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003) applies to you, and honouring an objection is immediate.
Only your own accounts
You may only connect accounts you hold yourself, or accounts registered under a Business plan with the account holder's consent. Automating someone else's account outside those cases is prohibited even if they agree to it.
No circumvention
You may not use Booost to defeat the technical protections of the platforms it automates — rate limits, bot detection, account restrictions — beyond what the product does by design. The anti-ban features exist to keep your account safe, not to break through anyone's defences.
Absolutely prohibited uses
Harassment, threats, discriminatory or hateful content, fraud and phishing, distributing malware, impersonation, and any activity that is unlawful under Italian or EU law.
Your responsibility towards the platforms
Using an automation tool may be contrary to the terms of service of the platforms concerned. Complying with them is your responsibility, and you expressly waive claims against Alfercom arising from restrictions, suspensions or closures those platforms impose.
Consequences, and reporting abuse
Depending on severity, a breach can lead to a warning, immediate suspension, or termination — with at least 15 days' notice for breaches of medium severity, and no refund of fees already paid.
Anyone who believes a Booost user is breaching this policy can report it through the contact form — pick Report an abuse. We publish no dedicated mailbox: a published address gets harvested and buried in spam, and a buried inbox is not a channel. The form lands in a monitored one, which is why the ten-working-day reply is a promise we can keep.
