The fact, with its source
On 27 August 2026, jarvee.com returns a page titled "Service Permanently Closed" whose text reads:
"We regret to inform you that Jarvee is permanently closed. We thank you for all your support and wish you all the best with your social media endeavors! All that remains is the blog."
That is the company's own statement on its own domain. We are not going to speculate about why, and there is nothing to celebrate here — a team built something a lot of people used for years.
What you are actually losing
Jarvee was unusual in two ways, and both matter for choosing what comes next.
It ran on your machine. A Windows desktop application, typically on your own VPS, using your own sessions and your own IP addresses. That is the opposite of the cloud tools that dominate the category now, and it is the reason a lot of people stayed with it.
It covered many platforms. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and more, from one panel.
No single product on the market today does both. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. So the replacement is a decision, not a purchase:
If what you valued was "many platforms"
Then you are looking at a social media management tool, not a LinkedIn tool. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Metricool and Publer all cover several networks — but they are publishing tools. They schedule and they report; they do not do the outreach automation Jarvee did, because the platforms' terms have moved and the mainstream vendors will not go there.
That is the honest part nobody says out loud: the multi-platform automation Jarvee did is not something the current market offers at all. If that is what you need, you are not replacing Jarvee — you are changing what you do.
If what you valued was "on my own machine"
Then the field is small, and we are in it. Tools that genuinely run locally rather than from a data centre:

Everything else in the LinkedIn category — Expandi, HeyReach, Waalaxy, Dripify, Salesflow, We-Connect, Octopus CRM — runs in the cloud and logs into LinkedIn from an address shared with all their other customers.
Where Booost fits, and where it does not
It fits if your Jarvee usage was mostly LinkedIn and the local-first architecture was the point. Booost Business is a desktop application: your session never leaves your machine, the actions come from your computer, and there is a published anti-ban system with the actual daily numbers on the page rather than a promise.
It does not fit if you need Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Pinterest or YouTube. We do LinkedIn, deliberately, and we have no plans to change that. If half your Jarvee work was Instagram, we are not your answer for that half and we would rather say so now.
Two more honest notes:
- We are not a drop-in. Jarvee gave you very granular control over a very wide surface. Booost is opinionated: sequences pause when someone replies, every action can be vetoed, and the daily ceilings are not adjustable upward.
- LinkedIn's User Agreement §8.2 prohibits automation wherever it runs — Jarvee's model included, and ours. Running locally changes the risk profile, not the terms. Our acceptable use policy says so.
Moving over
There is no Jarvee export to import: the products do not share a data model, and Jarvee's LinkedIn module worked on lists you built there.
What that means in practice is that you start from your network rather than from a file — which is how the contact radar works anyway. Seven days free on your first account, no card to start, and the pricing is per managed LinkedIn account.
Questions people arriving from Jarvee ask
Can I still use my Jarvee licence? No. The service is closed; only the blog remains online.
Is Booost a Windows app on a VPS like Jarvee was? It is a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux. People do run it on a VPS; be aware it needs a real machine, and that if the machine is off, nothing runs.
Do you support proxies per account? Each account runs in the app's own browser session on your machine. There is no per-account proxy configuration today.
Will you add other platforms? X and Weibo have been looked at and are not committed. LinkedIn is what we do.
